Did radio host David Mueller really had lifted Taylor Swift’s skirt and groped her? It is alleged the incident occurred during a fan meet-and-greet in 2013.
On June 2, 2013, just before Swift playing Denver’s Pepsi Center during her Red Tour, during a photo session backstage, the incident took place. The question remains.
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift has filed a suit against Mueller in this regard, but in fact this is her countersuit to the September’s lawsuit by the radio host against her claiming he was falsely accused.
The countersuit of Swift reads:
In the course of his meet and greet with Ms. Swift, Mueller intentionally reached under her skirt, and groped with his hand an intimate part of her body in an inappropriate manner, against her will, and without her permission. Mueller did not merely brush his hand against Ms. Swift while posing for the photograph: he lifted her skirt and groped her.
The claim continues Swift was offended, upset, surprised and alarmed with the behavior of the radio host as she didn’t know either Mueller or anyone else would grope her private and intimate body part.
Mueller has been with the radio stations for over 20 years. His version describes he was a few feet away from swift while they were making small talk. Suddenly Swift announced it was time for the photo session and had put her arm around his girlfriend. In the next second he jumped into photograph.
